Day 365: One Year in the COVID-19 Pandemic

Many of my posts have contained the data for "where are now/where could be headed." Today, the number most is simply "one". It has been one year since the COVID-19 pandemic hit our shores in a way that we began to feel the first rumblings of the earthquake that has swallowed the past 365 days.

The trend today is posting your "last pic" before you were affected by the pandemic. Whether you needed to shelter-in-place immediately, learn about the importance and shortages of masks and ventilators, or just felt frustrated for a canceled event, we all have a moment or two from before this began. Although the road is long, we would be foolish to turn back now after coming so far. Hold onto hope and keep going-there are brighter days ahead.

Last "normal" pic: Going to see Iliza Shlesinger at The Palace.

Prepare, don't panic.
